Digital Products

All products sold on MahjVault are digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, cheat sheets, and other downloadable files).

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.


Digital files are typically delivered immediately after purchase. Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, it cannot be returned, revoked, or “given back” like a physical product.


Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

 

 

 

Download & Access Issues

If you experience any technical issues (e.g., broken download link, missing file, download error, corrupted file), please contact us and we will help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please email us within 24 hours and include:

 

  • the email address used at checkout

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

 


If we confirm a duplicate purchase or billing error, we may offer a solution (e.g., store credit, replacement, or a refund at our discretion).

 

 

 

EU/EEA & UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

If you are located in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right may be lost once:

 

  • delivery/performance has begun, and

  • you have provided consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal.

 


By completing your purchase on MahjVault, you agree that the digital content is made available immediately and acknowledge that once delivery begins, you will not be eligible for a refund.
